I returned this item because the description is completely misleading. I contacted the seller, and they sent me the return guidelines, which I followed. However, instead of finding a refund of $185.81 I recieved only $25.
They claim to only have recieved the camera portion of this product, however I sent both boxes with both the camera and the DVR-power supply. I have been filing claims, contacting the seller, and they have yet to offer an aplogy or much less a refund. Terrible equipment, terrible service. I want my money back!!!!! |
